Submitting Your Patch Online:
Please follow the directions and provide the information for the dedication of your patch below.

  • Step 1: provide the Quilt Donation Information
  • Step 2: email your original artwork or select art from our pre-crafted Quilt Patches
  • Step 3: complete your Quilt transaction via PayPal

Once you begin the process, you will need to include the following information for the dedication of your patch:

  • The name of the person for whom you are dedicating the patch ("To:")
  • The patch notation: "In Honor of", "In Memory of", "Dedicated to", or any other notation you would like placed before the name of the person receiving the patch
  • The name of the person, persons or group donating the patch ("From:")
  • The dedication: any text / message you want to go along with the artwork

After providing the dedication information, you will need to either email your artwork for the patch, or choose from one of our 25 pre-crafted quilt patches. Click on each image below to see a larger version of the patch image.

If you are submitting your own artwork for the patch, it should be formatted square, at either 5" by 5" at 300dpi or 500 pixels by 500 pixels at 72dpi in JPG. If your artwork does not match these requirements, our system will do its best to format your file within the parameters needed for posting within the Quilt, but we can not guarentee how your image will be cropped or altered. Questions about artwork and formatting issues can be directed to Larry Dell at larrydell@comcast.net.

After submitting your information and artwork, please make sure to complete your transaction via our PayPal links.

Once we have received both your submission and payment, your patch will be formatted and placed online within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an email notification at that time of your patch becoming part of the Quilt, including directions for finding it within the Quilt online.
